Product Description
The machine applies to vulcanizing various kinds of rubber and plastic model products as well as non-model products.
Features:
- electrical control type: PLC controller and operator interface, and Schneider electric elements, have auto/manual selector switch, have auto. mould closing, mould opening, exhaust, auto pressure compensation, vulcanization timer, delay warning, etc.
- equipped with double shuttles mould be in or out , it is drived by motor and reducer with chains, the shuttle board is 50mm thickness to afford 3000kg moulds. The intermediate platen is for right out, the bottom plate is for left out.
hydraulic cylinder: the cylinder is made of cast steel of ZG35#.
Diameter of piston : piston is made of chilled cast iron, the hardness of surface is approx 60-70HS.
equipped with mechanical balance lifting gear, to assure the every hydraulic cylinder Synchronous lifting , to remain the hot plate level to prevent uneven thickness and owe pressure.
